Caddo Indian
The Americanized term “Caddo” is derived from the Indian word “Kadohadacho” which translates to true chief. This honor is given to the Lady Indian that embodies the spirit of this idea. A true chief is one that is a leader and positive role model both on and off the court. A true chief is the definition of a team player—playing their role and doing their part for the good of the team. A true chief battles to the best of their ability every night regardless of the circumstances in the game. The Caddo Indian leads by example, has a strong work ethic, and is a model of honesty and integrity.
